Strictly Sail Boat Show 2011

Helms Yacht Sales is excited to announce that we will have two great multihulls at this year's Strictly Sail Pacific Boat Show. For everyone that has been asking us, your wait is finally over. We are happy to say that we will have a Corsair Dash 750 at the show. It truly is an amazing pocket cruiser that you have to see with your own eyes. We will also have the Seawind 1160 Crusing Catamran on hand as well. The show will be held from April 14-17 at Jack London Square in Oakland. Hope to see you there!

Corsair 750 Dash USA Debut

This past week, at the Strictly Sale Pacific Boat Show, Helms Yacht Sales and West Coast Multihulls were excited to debut the first Corsair 750 Dash in North America. Over and over again we heard people say, "Wow, that boat looks fast." With its sporty rig and fat floats this boat is the hotrod pocket cruiser that Corsair promised. Like many of the show goers, we noticed the Dash feels bigger and roomier then past Corsair 24 models. It is amazing that Corsair was able to get so much boat into a 24 footer. Tomorrow, Monday, the boat will be sailed out on the Bay, and have it's pictures taken for an upcoming magazine article. Later in the day it will be available for demo sails. This particular boat will be taken down to San Diego where it will be available for demo rides.

Overall it was a great boat show this year. You could not have asked for better weather, and a more friendly atmosphere. We would like to give a special thanks to Dan and Carol Siefer taking the time to share their Seawind 1160 cruising experiences and stories with those who stopped by. Also, thanks to everyone who took the time to stop by and chat with us. Let's do it again next year.
